Senior Physical Security Specialist
Im Team Crisis Management und Physical Security Coordination in Essen entwickelst du den konzernweiten, risikobasierten Physical-Security-Rahmen von E.ON mit Standards und Methoden für die Geschäftseinheiten in Deutschland und Europa. Du führst Bedrohungs- und Risikoanalysen zu Sabotage, Spionage oder unbefugtem Zutritt durch und berätst zu Perimeterschutz, Zutrittskontrolle, Einbruchmeldetechnik und Videoüberwachung.

Gesucht wird eine Person mit umfangreicher Erfahrung in Physical Security in Konzernen oder kritischer Infrastruktur, die risikobasierte Schutzkonzepte bereits umgesetzt hat und Sicherheitstechnik von Zutrittskontrolle bis Videoüberwachung beherrscht. Verhandlungssicheres Englisch und Deutsch sowie Führerschein Klasse B sind nötig; CPP oder PSP sind ein Plus.
Kernaufgaben
- 01Develop and improve the Group-wide, risk-based physical security framework, standards and methods
- 02Run security risk and threat assessments (sabotage, espionage, unauthorized access) and derive site protection concepts
- 03Advise business units and projects on perimeter protection, access control, intrusion detection and CCTV
- 04Standardize on-site security operations with local organizations, incl. event and executive security
- 05Support procurement and performance management of external security service providers
- 06Track incidents and emerging threats and turn lessons learned into protection improvements
