Purchasing Program Manager (Projekteinkauf Automotive)
Du verantwortest den Einkaufsanteil eines Automotive-Programms in Langen: Stücklistenkosten über den Lebenszyklus, Lieferantennominierungen, Werkzeug- und Serienbestellungen bis zum Serienstart im Werk. Mit Teams in Deutschland, Tschechien und Japan treibst du VAVE und Verhandlungen voran. Gefordert sind mindestens sieben Jahre Einkauf, davon drei im automobilen Purchasing Program Management, sowie fließendes Deutsch und Englisch.

Gesucht wird eine Person mit Studium in BWL, Supply Chain, Einkauf oder Ingenieurwesen, die Produktions- und Vertragseinkauf, BOM-Kostenmanagement und Cost-down beherrscht, international Vertrauen aufbaut und reisebereit ist; Japanischkenntnisse und Excel-Makros sind ein Plus.
Kernaufgaben
- 01Define and align quality, cost, delivery and schedule targets for the program
- 02Feed buyers with program data, cost targets, volumes and negotiation strategies for RFQs
- 03Manage BOM costs over the program lifecycle incl. design changes and cost-down/VE
- 04Secure timely supplier nominations and tooling, sample and production POs
- 05Transfer BOMs to the plant for a smooth start of mass production
- 06Drive VAVE, negotiations and design reviews with teams in Germany, Czech Republic and Japan
