„Revenue and margin forecasting. Own the revenue forecast across our forecast, budget, outlook and long term plan. This covers business model mix, commission rate, ticket margin, booking window, cancellations, coupons and net revenue. You will also lead one of our quarterly outlooks that informs board discussions.“

„Insight and exec reporting. Defining key financial and operational metrics, challenging assumptions to find risks and opportunities, and shaping the narrative behind the forecast for MBR and board materials and own Month End Close.“

„Marketing partnership. Partnering with the marketing team (up to 30% of the role, varying through the year) across the teams including attribution, incrementality and iROI. You will give clear recommendations on where to invest. Over time, work across and learn multiple marketing areas and P&L pillars.“

„Long term planning. Support the long term planning process by providing revenue assumptions and reviewing the model with senior planners. You will learn the full marketing P&L, from gross merchandise value (GMV) to ad spend and contribution margin, and cover for senior planners when needed.“

„Next generation forecasting. Help shape our new forecasting model by sharing ideas on driver logic, then test it against actual results as it runs alongside our current system. You will see how a modern forecasting model is built and help decide when it is ready to use.“
