Kernaufgaben
- 01Lead delivery of SumUp's tax agenda across corporate income tax, transfer pricing, and indirect tax, within the Group tax strategy set by the Head of Tax
- 02Oversee the transfer pricing framework and its implementation, and propose improvements to both substance and automation
- 03Draft and maintain tax policies, controls, and governance documentation for Group entities, for sign-off by the Head of Tax
- 04Act as the first point of contact for tax authority audits and controversies, keeping the Head of Tax aligned on positions and exposure
- 05Provide independent technical judgement on high-stakes tax positions, challenging assumptions and bringing options and recommendations to the Head of Tax
- 06Partner with Tax Compliance and Tax Operations to keep strategic positions compliant and operationally workable
