- 03Contribute to and refine the product roadmap, prioritising features that improve engagement and the delivery experience.
- 04Co-create with researchers, product managers and engineers, and facilitate workshops and design sprints to align teams.
- 05Champion visual design, interaction design and accessibility, and contribute to the design system so the experience stays consistent across platforms.
- 06Mentor other designers and help build a culture of continuous improvement and user-centricity.
