- 02Lead supplier identification, qualification and selection through RFIs, RFQs and RFPs, backed by competitive benchmarking
- 03Negotiate pricing, lead times, capacity commitments and contract terms to secure reliable, competitive supply agreements
- 04Build and maintain a diversified, resilient supplier base, tracking performance and addressing risks such as single sourcing or capacity constraints
- 05Partner with Engineering, Quality and Operations teams on new product introductions, cost reduction projects and supplier audits
- 06Own sourcing cost targets, track market trends and cost drivers, and report savings and performance to Finance
